Is there any way that US citizens can directly ask for help from the UN?
Those of you who saw Tony Zumbado's report on MSNBC know why I'm asking. :cry:

4. FWIW
I wrote to Annan prior to the 2004 election asking for international monitors-never heard back. Couldn't hurt to ask.

7. Several Senators also tried to get his aid
I can't recall who they were now but they were all Dem's. He told them they had to go through the Administration. I guess that pretty much was the end of that.
