The video playing on CNN while the FEMA head was talking was powerful.While he is saying just isolated pockets of distressed, the shots of the dead woman in the wheelchair at the Convention Center showed different.

Can't get help to the citizens because of the water?...we carried troops across the bays in amphibious landing craft to Omaha beach in 1944....Why aren't they using military craft for amphibious landings to get food, water, and evacuation?
