Mayor of New Orleans - "This is a desperate SOS. We are out of supplies at the Convention Center. We do not anticipate enough buses. Currently the dome (?) is unsanitary and unsafe. We are now allowing people to march. They'll be marching up the crescent city connection to the west side highway (?) to get relief."

They are marching up the highway looking for relief! This is terrible. Where is the help?
