1. I thought Kerry missed the point

When asked if Wilson wasn't just playing partisan politics, out to get Rove. Kerry really didn't get the main point: So what? Even if someone is an outright Bush hater, does that justify threatening his wife's livelihood or even life as a political payback. Are all Democrats "fair game" because they are "partisan". Kerry just kept going on about Ashcroft conflict of interests and such. I like Kerry very much but there is no doubt he has trouble seeing the gut human side of things sometimes.
