CNN: it's been raining for the last two hours.
This is not good for health or environmental reasons. Just when I think it can not possibly be worse... :cry:

But they have had to drag their belongings in the most unsanitary places. You have to do what you have to to survive today. I am grateful for rain - anything that provides some blessed relief.
