Dr from Charity Hospital says there have been NO security incidents

at the hospital. He is asking for the rumors to stop. Gov just asked that rumors about looting and problems in the Dome stop. She says that the rumors are upsetting the people inside the Dome. Otherwise, evacuation from the Dome is proceeding and that spirits are lifting in the Dome. Gov. says that the word "rioting" is not accurate and that we "need to watch out rhetoric!" . says there have been scuffles..not riots!
