2. I think NO is going to skip that phase and go straight to death.
Any death after the hurricane passed is our responsibility. We have failed our own people. OUR OWN PEOPLE.

How many are now dead in the SuperDome?

Does any part of the US have a disaster plan better than this mess? Is this what we all can look forward to?

And hurricane season is not over.
