The "Most Powerful Country on Earth" can't get water to people in 4 days ?
This is NOT possible ...incompetence does not explain this.

We know bush cut funding to NO for hurricane preparedness.

IF this isn't LIHOP...what the hell is it?

Poorly prepared Voters blew it when they voted for this guy...just enough so he could steal the damn election. The ones who helped get this dude into office should all go out and do the Honorable thing..EAT CROW and admit they fucked up by voting for the the the worst guy in the history of the USA....

They should review who the fuck they been listening to and go look in the mirror. Bush has conned the Sheep and now they pay the Price, in fact, we all do... Damn.
