Should Bush, Cheney and Co., be arrested for criminal negligence? |
|
If I were the owner of let's say a pre-school, I am responsible for the safety of the children placed with me. If I am sitting in the house watching soap operas and one of them wanders away through a hole in the fence that I neglected to fix and drowns in the next door neighbor's pool, I would be arrested for criminal negligence.
This is beyond incompetence. It's criminal negligence.

8. Murder could eventually be charged once there is proof. |
|
However, the evidence is present right now for criminal negligence. Everything he did and didn't do is out in the open.

7. In my humble little opinion, |
|
they should have been tried at the Hague for war crimes quite a while ago.
They are, as we all know, war criminals. Now they are guilty of negliance against their own countrymen, too.

10. The Hague won't hear any case unless a sovereign state |
|
presses charges. So far none have. Maybe in the future Iraq will and they do have plenty of evidence. Let's hope they get their government together and that someone in the government has the cojones to ask the Hague hear the case.

9. no, let's let the Arabian people arrest them, then give em back to us |
|
so we can try them for "drowning their own people" and having "rape rooms" (us prisons are notorious) torture (abu gahrib) and living in posh luxury while their people starve, and die for lack of medical care, and basic human necessities.
Where should we dig the hidey hole? in a ditch somewhere near crawford???
