If I were ANYWHERE in the southeastern U.S., I would have emergency money, water, food, blankets, batteries, a radio, a first aid kit, and an evacuation plan at the ready. And find out HOW in gawd's name we can get the poor, elderly, and disabled OUT of harm's way FIRST.

The one that's about midway between the coasts of Africa and S. America. They expect it to become "more organized" over the next few days.
