The whole situation is chaotic and disasterous.

Fuck.. The LA state EOC guys are just now negotiating with with Carnival Cruise lines. Geez. We DUers thought of that days ago.

edit: I think it's the dome. They are showing video over a press conference. Now showing dozens of buses coming in on highway overpass.

As fast as than can evacuate more people appear at the dome according to the anchor lady.
