should such a massive storm hit it. Bush cancelled the program to upgrade the Levee system.

Its fact that they cut funding to improving the levees.

Its fact that the airlines did not fly as many as they could out of there.

Its fact that the national guard barely has any control after 4 days.

Its fact that there has been very little food or water drops there.
