center, and buses are sitting outside the city because drivers are afraid to go in.
The guy also said people have been behaving very well in the convention center, considering, and a desperate for help.
And they haven't seen any officials at all, they are completely abandoned even though they are law abiding citizens. It's all very, very sad.
