Edited on Thu Sep-01-05 05:16 PM by Joanne98
We're here. The long awaited tipping point. Bush is toast. His agenda is toast. His political capital is below zero. I would even be brave enough to say, that the MOVEMENT CONSERVATIVES are toast too. This is TOO much, it's TOO horrible and it's happened before. IN IRAQ!
Remember how Bush let the whole country of Iraq get LOOTED because he didn't provide enough troops to secure the country after the war. He's just did the SAME THING to New Orleans. The same thing.
It's OVER for Bush. Nothing can save his sorry ass now.
This isn't about race, it isn't about class, It's about GROSS INCOMPETANCE! It's about HEARTLESSNESS! It's about a son of a bitch who INHERITED THE WHITEHOUSE! George W. Bush is a text book example of why we don't have KINGS! He's incapable of running ANYTHING!
The moment is NOW! Don't stop the pressure. Bring EVERYTHING YOU GOT down on him and we WILL have the justice he so deserves!
THE TIPPING POINT IS HERE....THE TIPPING POINT IS HERE..GOD BLESS THE NEW AMERICA!

PS....GAME OVER....GAME OVER....GAME OVER...GAME OVER....GAME OVER!!!

1. Thank you
I think you may be right. I've never been this angry in my entire life, and others feel that way too. This can't go on another moment.

23. I don't think the country can wait over a year to deal with this...
I'm afraid dealing with Bush is going to become a crisis in the very near term. The country is nearing or has surpassed its breaking point with this f**ker.

I thought Abu Ghraib was the tipping point, the DSM, etc...

But -- thanks ironically to CNN -- this stuff is on videotape. There's no denying it... no denying how out of touch they Bushbots are...

Soon they plan to disappear into their underground bunkers and will wait till we all kill each and then they can have the place to themselves. It is up to us not to allow this to happen.

There's no spin for this.

Americans are seeing the tragedy, incompetence and lack of compassion with their own eyes. Americans have friends and relatives who are dying in NOLA because Bush has done nothing. Every American knows that it could be them - a natural disaster could occur anywhere in the US and people now see that the Bush Administration has no plans in place to deal with it nor will they lift a finger to help them. Americans now know that the Republican controlled government doesn't give a shit about ordinary people. They can spin like a top, it's not going to change what America has witnessed these last few days.

15. It's not worth it.
It's not worth all those lives to finally wake people up in this country. I would live under W until the day I die if it could turn back time and bring those people back.

18. Regardless of what you say, I am betting he will be portrayed as gallant
and decisive, taking command and marshalling the vast resources of the Federal bureaucracy as competently and efficiently as any military commander, like Ike, ever did in a huge theater of war.

22. Thanks for your Iraq comparison -- that's a very strong point...
and I wholeheartedly believe that idea of "impeachment" is now past us as well.

I say it's time for the American people to find a way, some way, to force the removal of the President and his administration, by hopefully an incredibly wide and strong demand for resignation that ultimately works. What follows if he didn't resign would sadly require more dangerous means, but I'd rather the country crossed that bridge when it came to it.

I do in any respect fear that the country is approaching a dangerous moment, though. More and more Americans will indeed be calling for Bush's head on a platter, figuratively if not literally.

This is a crisis that can only grow from here, unless the chimp and his administration resigns immediately.
