are seriously hampering rescue efforts and he's begging for the rumors to stop and send busses to rescue the people. He says he doesn't know if the rumors are true or not, he only wants the rescues to continue or begin.

interviewed doctors and nurses and showing the signs outside begging for help. it was tragic.

10. Read the doctor's words... carefully.

He is saying 'he doesn't know if the rumors are true'. He is NOT saying they aren't. If the news of the shootings are true, then it is not a rumor. He means 'reports' of the shooting... because apparently they are true.

13. Yes he said he didn't know if they were true or not but that he thought

they shouldn't be spread because it was hindering rescue efforts and he thought that was a top priority and he wanted the busses there so the patients could be rescued.
