Was just told by a customer who works for the local oil distributor that gas was going up to $3.50/gallon at midnight.:(
It is $2.85/gal now.

It's $3.19 here, so I guess I can expect somewhere close to $4.00 if this is accurate and if it happens here too.

4. My friend left (WA) on Tuesday night to FL to visit his Dad and from there

they're driving up to NJ (his Dad is going to VA convention). I told him before he left, Gas price was going to hit the roof, but didn't mention anything about possiblity of Gas shortage as this didn't come across my mind at the time.

My friend is freeper and I think he is also a fleeper!
