When he started crying at the end, I started crying as well.

Dead babies. Dead people in wheelchairs, pushed into corners with a sheet over their heads.

The authorities left them there, he reports. They told them to go, and then when things got bad, the authorities left.

80 buses right outside of the city but no one will drive the people to safety!!

... told those people to go to the Convention Center. He says he has no idea why they all decided to go there and wait, because NOBODY told them that and he doesn't know where they got that idea.
