still strong?
It takes this country 3-4 days to get a few thousand NG troops to N.O.
What happens if there's another national disaster in the immediate future? And how about Chertoff and Brown (the new national comedy team) both blowing off any responsibility for this mess? They learn from the worst.
More to the point: What do you think the militant "terrorists" are thinking right now? Are we vulnerable or what?
So it has come to this - Are we better off now than we were six years ago?
This horrendous disaster has exposed us as being unprepared to defend our own country.
Impeach, indict, imprison.
