She was so cold.

Now she's showing how these two women found each other in Houston, they're related, and they are hugging and she goes up like this:

"How do you feel about finding each other?"

Um, they're crying and hugging each other. Mmmm, I have NO idea how they feel!

Then she asks them "How much were you worried?"

Then "How great is it to see her?"

"How worried were you in New Orleans?"

CAN ANYONE ASK A GOOD FUCKING QUESTION ANYMORE?

I swear to God anyone must be able to get these jobs anymore.

Oh and as they are showing some elderly and sick people: "And SOME of these people are ELDERLY and SICK!"

It reminds me of reporters around here when it ices over, holding down the microphone to the ground, rapping on the ice and saying "I mean this stuff is SOLID!"**

I hadn't seen enough TV coverage yet, I guess. I've been getting all my news from DU that last few days. I saw that, screamed, moaned, and collapsed on the couch in tears. reprehensor came out here and had to hold me I was so angry, screaming at the TV.

That poor old woman does not deserve to have her last days full of misery and fear and loss. Neither do the others dealing with congestive heart failure, diabetes, and all the other conditions that prevented them from leaving.

Does anyone but me find it disgusting that there are reporters down there at that convention center reporting on how those people have no food or water and are dieing? Somehow they managed to get reporters, camera crews and photographers there? Does it not stand to reason that if they can get the reporters there they can also get food and water there? And does it also not seem like the human thing to do that when it became apparent to the reporters and the fucking network that here was NO help for those people that maybe just maybe they could do SOMETHING, ANYTHING to help? Is MSNBC so financially strapped that they can't afford bottled water and a few scraps of food for starving people? Are the reporters that are reporting on the misery of these people eating and drinking? Did they bring provisions for themselves and consume those provisions while they are reporting on the deaths of those with none? WTF?
