Get hundreds and hundreds of buses. Thousands of buses. Load them up with food, water, soap and medicine, and put two or three national guardsmen on each, w/ two drivers.

THEN, send them all down to New Orleans. Pick up people, whether they want to go or not, until the bus is full. Use the supplies to feed, clean and medicate them. Drop off whatever supplies won't be needed on the trip to Texas or Arkansas or whereever they're taken with the people that couldn't fit on the bus.

Then leave.

Fill up the bus again, and do the same thing until there is no one left in New Orleans.

Alright, so now our idiot leaders know what to do. They shouldn't have too many problems executing it. It's a pretty simple plan.

Hey Bush: Go to a local Walmart. Load up on food, water and baby formula. Get 2-3 Army helicopters. You know, George, the big kind. Load the helicopters up with the supplies. Then, and I hope you're still with me now, fly over the Convention Center and airdrop the load. Then repeat the process.
