The only answer I can think of is that there IS no food and water being brought in with any sort of efficacy whatsoever.

I hope people stay mightily angry about this situation, this is absolute criminal negligence on the part of the federal government!

Homeland Security is a farce. If this is the best they can do when we knew days ahead of time that Katrina was coming and was going to be bad, wtf would they do in an actual terrorist event?

I'm so damn angry and freaked out about what's happening, I'm incapable of intelligent discourse. :argh:
