When they finally cap the levee, Bush should stand on top
with a banner behind him saying "Mission Accomplished." And we can all ignore the fact that N.O. is under 20 feet of water because money was diverted from shoring up the levees to Iraq.

I think he should address the people in the Superdome with a bullhorn. It would be a great way to court African-American voters.

1. I don't think he'll take that chance
Standing up there on a levee? Nope. I don't think he'll take that chance.

3. How about sinking his feet into freshly poured concrete for a new
levee section?

5. Thanks for the laugh. I needed that
It's a real joy to sit here and daydream about Bush showing up at the Superdome, or maybe the convention center.

And he could bring 2 or 3 bottles of water and toss one into the crowd once in awhile as sort of a door prize.

6. You think too small
Rove will have him pilot an aircraft carrier up the Mississippi to the levee, where he'll bungee off the side with a 30lb codpiece and a backdrop banner that sez MISSION MUTHFUKKIN' ACCOMPLISHED. The press corps will squeal and the normal order of things will be restored in Dumfuckistan.

7. "I've heard you. The people of America have heard you. And...
the storm that knocked down this levee will hear from all of us soon!"

"I want Katrina dead or alive!"
