for their jobs. He gives out sweetheart perks to his cronies, hires them for PR purposes and not actual work... like FEMA guy. He doesn't exist to coordinate *&^*%$&%$#. They are trying to kill off FEMA and hand over its purpose to FatherLand security Dept.

But guess what? The handover didn't happen and Fatherland Security is USELESS.. and so is the gutted, window-dressing-only FEMA.

Thanks a lot **! I hope every former FEMA head, every person who ever ran a relief effort in this nation under presidents who FUNDED their departments, come out in full force and tear your policies to shreds in front of the whole watching world.

And THEN I pray the Plame Indictments come slamming down, the guillotine blade on your little turkey neck.....
