120. I'm talking about the Guard complaining about not having spouts

to pour fuel into their machinery. I wasn't talking about some freeper car sitting under water! I'm angry about the lack of common sense here and these people using every excuse they can to hold up rescue operations and saving these people. And I'm way past feeling like apologizing for my anger.

And another thing, the tubing doesn't need to be pristine, any number of tubes can be taken off any vehicle that is sitting under water and used as a hose. A break line is one that pops into my inexperienced, know nothing little head.
