Could they put the refugees on cruise ships?

What about all of the cruise ships in the Fla and Western Caribbean area?

Why couldn't they temporarily house tens of thousands on these ships. They have the facilities to feed large groups and provide them with safe shelter.

The government could reimburse the cruise lines.
