The Pentagon is playing some psychological warfare on all the homeless (at least the young people) from Katrina thus making them sign up and join the ARMY. Then they could send them to Iraq since no one on the right mind would do so now. Maybe if you feel suicidal you could join the forces since freepers won't do it.
