Shouldn't our Congress have a say?
Also, isn't this exactly what Homeland Security was supposed to do, prepare us for major attacks? Have they done anything the Red Cross couldn't do, or done anything better?

If he has any sense he'd accept the few hundred million that other countries are providing with his mind on the health and safety of the victims. But we know that he doesn't operate that way. Maybe he'll be challenged in congress on that, who knows.

we'll se if the teams arrive today, according to French TV a first French rescue team is on it's way...

Canada has been chomping at the bit for some time now.
Of course now that the cops have left, and the place is dangerous it's that much more difficult...but c'est la vie.
