I can hear it now. He'll dust off the old bullhorn and jet into Louisiana flanked by national guardsmen back from Iraq to save black babies in New Orleans. He'll say, "I hear you. THe whole world hears you. Pretty soon the the evildoing weather events will hear from us."

Now....what we need to do is focus on getting our stock marke--I mean our country back on track.
