I thought I heard them say they pulled law enforcement from the Convention Center because of the explosion.

sounded like the mobil plant in NO
and another chemical plant in Baton Rouge maybe. I might be wrong about the location.
Do you think there is a possibility these were deliberate to try to get the stuff to burn off rather than spilling into the flood water?
