poor sleep, my brothers and sisters are suffering so

tossed and turned, the TV left on
can't seem to separate myself from the news,
even in sleep
feeling connected to a nightmare I can't even comprehend
my dear sisters and brothers
my heart is breaking
log in to find my friend's hearts are broken too
we are in tears
we are angry as hell
please let the tide turn today!
