Here's a story that will make you want to puke.

Talked to a friend of mine on the phone last night who works for the Army Corps of Engineers. Says his whole office has had their hands tied as far as providing relief to New Orleans, because the Department of Homeland Security has muscled in and has prohibited any efforts. Says FEMA has experienced the same thing. It's all beaucracy holding up the works, so that relief efforts will be organized by contractors to bring huge $$$$$ to line their pockets. My buddy was fit to be tied. Said he had to take an hour long walk last night to cool down, and affectionately referred to shrub as "the anti Christ". Ironic nickname huh? :)

Incidentally, this is the same DHS who reportedly has blocked relief help from Canada.

Folks, this is the type of thing that NEEDS to make it into the mainstream media. Shrub's approval ratings need to sink further...
