I am guessing it will a party line vote for the most part. How close will the vote be in the Senate? Those who defended Gephardt skipping out on the over-time vote please chime in.

1. race or no race
No excuses are acceptable. One of the Republican Reps was wheelchaired in to cast a vote. If they aren't in a coma then there is no excuse in missing a vote. There are plenty of people out on the street that would like to make that $154,000 a year.
