Uhm...can we consolidate some threads?

I know we all have LOTS to spout. Our grief, our anger, our fears. But it appears DU has become a giant single thread...they pop up so fast that few have more than half a dozen responses before they're back to page 3. If our comments relate to an existing thread, we should try to consolidate them. After all, the lurking freepers who really need to read the stuff, simply can't keep up. Let's give 'em a break!

1. I second that - there were 6 or 7 threads with "Bill Clinton is an ass"

in the subject line. If we could read what is already out there before we start a new thread, that would be incredibly helpful. Just my two cents. :)

Thanks for letting us know how you feel. Unfortunately, an abundance of these type of threads also add to the problem... We know that there's a lot of activity on DU right now, and we're trying to make things run smoothly. Thanks in advance for your understanding!
