Don't forget, he was appointed to make sure America was prepared for emergencies and disasters by his puppet, er, the pResident!

It's hard work making sure nothing gets through to those people. It's damned hard work to keep after media to demonize them when their own reporters, in the area, are reporting how cooperative and desperate they are.

It's hard work, holding back the various well trained people who want to help. It's hard work finding excuses for not getting in there with help when a local musician had no trouble taking a boat in and handing out some supplies!

The level of total disregard for human life and suffering shown by the malAdministration takes hard work. Dick needs his rest at the end of each day.

He said this a week or two ago, but his claim was brushed aside.
I wouldn't be surprised if Cheney IS actually sick and/or dying and this could explain why Bush doesn't know what to do.
