Mr President - please - I am begging you - lead
Dear President Bush,
I write this with the upmost concern and compassion about the victims in New Orleans and in the costal area. I realize that you needed some time (24) hours to assess analyze and do something anything. This isn't the t ime to rely on private donations, the government must help those least fortunate. The poor the sick the hungry. Thier are people and children dying in the street.
Mr President this is beyond party ideology. I am asking you to employ the guard and start designating drop zones where food can be distributed via guardsman. Please Mr President I want you to lead in the efforts of public policy and get them out of that hell. I really want to support you in this.
So please Mr. President I ask you to do the human thing, to do the christian thing, get those people food and water and get them out of there. Thank you and god bless. Come on man please do your job.
Sincerly DanCa.

2. If there was ever a time that we need a leader it is now
I believe that is supposed to be your job, Mr. President.

If you can't find it in yourself to lead now then your term is truly over and we will begin to search even harder for someone who is up to the task.

8. Hasn't done so thus far . . .and is he affected by it?
SORRAH!

The people of Dumberica continue to support Lancelot Link and his fellow neo-clowns in a close-enough fashion to keep putting them into office every time. Until our consumerist, self-centered public says NO to these assholes, we'll see outrage after outrage continue to happen.

9. Also -
Why are people still referring to him as "President"?

This fuckbag has displayed NOT ONE CHARACTERISTIC of someone who's supposed to be leading the country since he took office.

He runs like a coward from conflict.

He surrounds himself with yes-men, asswipers and puppet masters.

This is the luckiest silverspoon sociopath ever born on third base.

There has been not ONE moment of his presidency rife with ANYthing positive for working class/poor people.

He resorts to milking and politicizing arguably duped catastrophes to get what he wants.

You could write volumes on how many horrible things have happened or are going to happen due to his administration's policies.

But America STILL SUPPORTS HIM.

I Just. Don't. Get it.

15. Might as well be talking to a brick wall.
Bush doesn't care. He thinks he was born to lead so why should he listen to anyone. He Gods chosen one. Everything he does (in his mind) is gods will. He's convinced his shit doesn't stink.

17. He just doesn't have it in him. Look at every moment of his administration
At best, his handlers have found a way for him to capitalize on a few events.

But Bush himself has never shown an oune of leadership. Bullhorn on the rubble of WTC? Turns out, that was a staged photo op too.

There is no substance to this tiny little man.

America needs a President.
