I've been on hold for a long time and can't wait any longer. Can somebody please call and point out that George said exactly this on GMA yesterday.
Their number is 651-646-8255
In their defense, they're kicking down all the right wing idiots saying the people should have left and that NO should have paid for the levees. This is normally a right wing station that has rush on it. They're blaming FEMA and Bush.

...for many years. EVERYONE knew that NO's levee system could not withstand a full on cat 4 or 5 hurricane.
