1. Cheney is telling * to go on down there, it will be ok.
yea right. he will need protection if he goes there. The old saying is true, if you have nothing, you have nothing to lose. Those folks have been crapped on by this maladministration.

6. I thought they said he was going to
land only in Mississippi where they have things more under control -- I guess just fly over NO again? I wouldn't think he would have the balls to land anywhere near NO....

5. and they will re-allocate security for this retard
he's in trouble, round up lot's of security (bush doesn't dare go anywhere that an uncivilized liberal might ruin his photo ops), get a few people willing to stand around him and look thankful and make sure HE DOESN'T KEEP SMILING while talking about this. His handlers should at least coach him to stop smirking and acting like he understands exactly what is going on. It makes him look like the heartless, lousy actor that he is.

7. He will land in Mississippi where Haley Barbour will be there to
greet him, tell him what a wonderful job he has been doing, etc, etc, etc. The closest he will come to NO is from his comfortable seat in a safe helicopter.

8. all the convoys, troops, and busloads of food & water
are probably lined up somewhere, waiting for a "go" from the WH, while shrub is trying to decide what pants to wear to the "standing on a crate directing the convoy a la Patton" photo op.

don't worry. the puppydog media will probably be there (catered brunch, maybe) to get video and snapshots of the event.

the only question in my mind is: what day.

monday, tuesday, maybe wednesday the 7th?

these spectacles do take time, you know.

9. I can't believe it
bush must not be listening to any of his advisors on this. If he has one ounce of brain cells left in his head he'd better get down there. He's about 5 days late already.

10. Heck no
Brave, brave Bunnypants will walk into the Morial Convention Center all by himself and soothe those poor people. You know our President has the common touch. He's a real man of the people, a real cowboy, the kind of guy you'd like to have a beer with. Why, did you see how he bravely flew a fighter jet hundreds of miles to welcome an aircraft carrier home from Iraq, after they won the war? It was in the news, but you lieberals probably forget how brave he was. And when he got there, he was just like one of the troops.

And remember how he bravely flew to NYC only a week after 9/11 and hung out with the cops and firemen? Clinton started in Australia with all flights to the U.S. suspended and only beat him there by a full day!

So he will prove all of you lieberal filth wrong. Count on him being at that convention center. And he doesn't need any troops. The American people love and respect his bravery and leadership. What would he be afraid of?
