5. He doesn't realise what he's saying.
If he did, you can bet he wouldn't have said that. Because if it's unacceptable, well, he bears the responsibility. I think this is the closest he's ever come to saying "I fucked up", but he still doesn't have the backbone to come out and admit it.

8. I that right, boy king?
So where was YOUR level of response on Monday and Tuesday during and immediately after Katrina hit? Oh, that's right, a fund raiser in San Diego strummin' your brand new geetar, eatin' birthday cake with McCain, gettin' your last little bit of R&R in Crawford before having to go back to DC.

Nice response there asshole!

10. President Bush joined in condemnation of his government
and amplified calls for him to step down. "I am an incompetent fool," he declared, "and my lies and ineptitude are killing cities and decimating peoples around the globe. I must be removed from office whatever the price to our complacent day-to-day life for the sake of future generations."

Then his face regained its normal squinty and vacant expression and he was heard to say "I don't feel well, where am I? Someone get me a Ho-Ho."

11. While it's factually true, his statement is still BS.
He is feigning outrage in an attempt to boost his perception of a caring, compassionate leader. But all he is doing is passing the buck onto some unnamed, unspecified scapegoat, and totally ignoring the fact that, ultimately, HE is the one responsible.

Yes, Dubya, being president is "hard work." But every time we catch you asleep at the wheel, every time you repeat your empty lies and worthless rhetoric, every time you ignore reality and pretend all is well, every time you try to place the blame on anyone who dares to challenge you or question you, it becomes more and more obvious that you are simply not capable of such hard work. You're not getting away with it this time.

Doesn't make any difference to me, Mr.pResident, but you're about face one of three scenarios: resignation, impeachment, or mutiny. Take your pick.

12. Tinfoil hat time: I think the SOB is deliberately holding back on
assistance until after his visit. He will call for lots more aid, and it will magically appear. This way he can claim that the locals were f---ing everything up and he stepped in and saved the day.

16. HIS RESPONSE is unacceptable????
Duh. Did he forget that it is HIS responsibility. We've known for DAYS that Louisiana could not handle this alone, nor can Mississippi. They have no money!! President "pass the buck" is at it again.
