to break out cussing and threatening, at first. It was difficult to make up my mind if he was so po'd he wasn't listening, or if he was bored with the explanations.

Of course, the surprise was the applause at his comment about how great FEMA was doing. Huh?

This showboating for the public is so nauseating. Get out there and start directing the operation or get out of the way so others can do it for you!!!!
