* signed an EO within hours of taking office to repeal a clinton era EO mandating PLAs on all Federal Contracts. They do this because it is easier for the Mega General Contractors to line there pockets with the cost overruns associated with unskilled scabby workers. This and the fact that the scabbiest contractors could NEVER meet the safety standards in the clinton EO, and last but not least NO COMPANIES UNDER ANY TYPE OF INVESTIGATION would qualify under the clinton standards.
