Why is Bush* smiling while talking to reporters?
He is actually close to laughing! I find nothing funny about this situation! Can someone tell me what is so funny? I must have missed the joke. Maybe it's that he just doesn't f*cking care!!!!

He always has those stupid monkey faces, but this is just beyond horrible.

He oozes evil!
