Okay that might be a bit strong but the owner of www.katrina.com turned down $500K for the domain name and turned her site into an info and missing persons site.
Good for her.

Richmond, VA (AHN) - Katrina Blankenship owns and runs a personal Web design and computer consulting Web site that ,since the birth of Hurricane Katrina, has received an overwhelming number of e-mails and hits.
Her Web site is conveniently addressed, Katrina.com, and in an effort to lend whatever help she can, Blankenship has decided to convert her site to an information hub for all things hurricane related.
Blankenship, 37, tells The Associated Press, "I was really shocked. I had no idea it would turn into this. The e-mails are pouring in. I had about 1,500 come through today."
According to the reports, the Web site has received about 350,000 hits from places all over the world, causing Blankenship to work on a dial-up Internet connection and expand her bandwidth to accommodate the traffic.
Katrina.com now has a catalog of links to other sites providing shelter information and victim aid. Blankenship also created a forum for people to communicate, offering help and searches for missing loved ones.
Some have already offered to take the domain off of her hands, one man willing to fork over $500,000. Blankenship says, "It's not for sale, it's not a monetary-type thing."
