5. Rachel booked the guest- Franken was on vacation. She is

the one to blame. I thought this woman, Julia Reed was a guy at first, wasn't rally paying attention to the call until Rachel said "she is calling from Greenville MS". Rachel was real soft on her(sorry I think this Julia Reed is also gay, Randi is kind of saying that in coded language-that the person who booked her knew what they were doing) -its a shame because I thought she was doing a good job she really screwed it up this Friday.
