Racist negligence is part of it but.......you white Freepers who think you're immune to a situation like this because you live in a "white" neighborhood better wake the fuck up.

1. Yes,sadly I agree
it would be easy to call this racism, but I dont' think even Bush has the balls for that...this is just more of the same from this administration-gross incompetence. (Just a side note...I think I heard Bush say goverNant instead of goverNMent yesterday...sigh)
