Nobody saying today, that they are glad Bush is President instead of Kerry
Remember after 9/11, the talking heads said they were glad that Bush was President and they hate to think what would of happen if Al Gore was.

I hear none of that today.

1. Gore and Kerry would have been proactive and laid the ground...
work for the recovery before the hurricane occured.

3. My co-worker kinda did today.
She knows my liberal leanings, but asked how I think anyone else would have handled these last 5 years. So much has happened to the poor man during this time, for goodness sakes! My response after colon.

9-11: The jury's still out on this - he had warnings and did nothing. I won't go further into what he could have done before and during.

The war: It was his idea to start the darn thing, it didn't just happen out of thin air. And started it based on lies. (went into PNAC, etc.)

But we had to get Osama: He's in Afghanistan (maybe), definitely not Iraq, which had NOTHING to do with 9-11. By the way, he's still somewhere but we're not finding him because we're too busy in Iraq.

Katrina: The man took more than FOUR DAYS to get any help to the people. FOUR DAYS. He cut spending on hurricane preparedness. Our National Guards are in Iraq, with the equipment that could have helped.

:banghead:

5. Saw somewhere the idea had been floated
of putting him in charge of the effort in New Orleans. He would truly thank God and Dubya for more high-profile TV time prior to his almost certain run for prez.

7. They wouldn't have invaded Iraq either
which means a lot more people and resources would have been available.
