Local, state and federal---need to stand up and get behind the support of the Lousiana local government before Bushco is allowed to railroad them.
Write letters to ALL of your elected Dem officials and let them know you will NOT stand for them to be scapegoated.
Might be beneficial to point out that it might be THEM next time.

I think everyone should write anyway, even if it's a holiday weekend. They do have to come back to work sometimes next week.
