If he’s got nothing to do maybe he can go help fill sandbags or something for his criminal salary.

The sonafabitch has a big highly visible job to do, at least make a show of trying to do it. Even the chimp does that. If the fat pig doesn't know how to do it, he should at least be learning on the job.

The fact he's invisible has to mean there's a problem.

Either he's doing something improper, hanging around with people he's not willing to admit to being with, or involved in other improper things, otherwise it wouldn't be a secret.

You know anytime they do something that can appear to be good, they spare no effort to advertize it to the world. They're not doing that.
