Any problem with donating to United Way?

I don't do credit cards, and I couldn't find a way to donate through Paypal on the Red Cross site. Ebay has a link that allows you to donate through Paypal to the United Way. I'm not able to leave work to give someone a check. Anything stupid going on with UW like there is with FEMA shilling for Pat Robertson's outfit?

....I found the link somewhere here two days ago and donated via PayPal-they are one religious group that I can't recall any taint or scandal attaching to....
