So CNN is saying that the federal government will be taking

now, first off, they obviously are incompetent, so I'm assuming they want everyone else pushed out of sight so they can keep fucking up and no one can bitch about it.

secondly, this is really fucking scary, all of a sudden all those things the conspiracy theory types have said are floating in my head. This is the perfect opportunity to do those things. I'm really scared for those people in the south. It's not just NO. It's alot of places. Why are they not letting people walk out of the city? Why are thousands of people being told they can't leave the astro dome?

This is so fucked up...and of course, Bush and Rove have found a way to spin their incompetence by suggesting it's the local governments fault.
