Incorrigable House Republicans using Katrina to further their agenda

In their news conference this afternoon, Hastert, Delay and Blunt said theu were going to be busy responding to the crisis caused by Katrina.

Guess how?

Removing the barriers that "shackle" the ability for economic recovery, promoting economic "stumulus" to get the economy moving again, and loosening those pesky restrictions on energy producers.

In otehr worsds, more of the same old same old they've been shoving up the collective asses of the US for five years.

I'd suggest you watch Congress closely this fall, because it looks like they're going to do a whole lot of dismantling and payback to special interests, in the name of disaster relief.
